We want you to love your Disturbia pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Parcel

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
